Clubhouse & Range Update
July, 2003
Well, we finally have our rough plumbing,
concrete, and electrical service in the new clubhouse. With the second phase of
the project now completed, we have only the final (and most expensive) third
phase to finish. This will be finishing the rough electrical, HVAC, plumbing,
insulating and boarding of the walls, drop ceiling, well, septic, and parking
lot. Estimated costs for these items is $26,600.00 (see below). It will
probably be a while before we can continue onto the final phase, as it is going
to take a while to recover from the initial $35,000.00 we have already spent
(see below). The building itself will be about $55,000.00 when completed (at
the top of the 45-55K estimate at the projects beginning), and the parking lots
will be the additional $5,000.00. We are currently on schedule, as the project
is not even one year old now. We have two more years to complete it and remain
on schedule. This, after all, was slated to be a three year project. If you
have any special skills you can lend to this project, or have any supplies that
may be of use to us, please dont hesitate to drop me an e-mail at:
jlafave@mich.com .

Thanks, Joe!!
The ranges are coming along nicely as well.
Range 7 is going to have both sets of baffles tied in, and we still want to
expand ranges 5,6, and 7 when we can get the equipment. We are also going to do
a cross-over from range 1 to range 2. All this will hopefully get done before
the state match.
Thank you for all your help and support thus
far,
