May 2003 Workday Help Needed

The clock is ticking!  We have just three weeks until the State 3-Gun match, and still have a lot to do.  All ranges are going to be fully baffled by the end of the May 18’th workday.  We need all the help we can get that day.  Lumber will be dropped off on Friday afternoon as well as the machinery to move the lumber.  We need a lot of hands to assist the carpenters to make sure we do not fall short of our goal.  Please, if you can help in any way, or are simply in need of work hours, this is a prime opportunity to do so.  The clubhouse project is moving along, but we had to use a little of our cushion to get the new floor plans approved.  A copy of these plans are posted at the old clubhouse.  If all goes well, we will have have the concrete poured by the June meeting.  If you have any questions regarding these projects, feel free to e-mail me.  Also, we will be needing a lot of help with the state matches themselves.  If you can RO, help with stats, or just volunteer your time to prepare for these upcoming events, drop Dale Antila or Carl Provan an e-mail, and they will contact you.
